The Barradas granulators have different stator and cutter configurations:
The BGF is characterized by a fixed stator. The BGT has a turnable stator and the BGX has two turnable stators. In all Barradas granulators, the rotor blades are easily changeable. The use of identical rotor and stator knives results in higher usability. They can be used up to four times.

BG FEATURES:

• The granulators have screwed knife holders, which enables a quick changeover.
• There is special bearing protection due to the offset bearing
• Our granulators guarantee continuously high throughput and consistent output quality
• The focus is on reducing downtime
• There is a low maintenance requirement

By using the Barradas ICS control system, the control system automatically adapts the cutting process to the conditions in the cutting chamber and guarantees maximum throughput.

ESPECIALLY FOR BGT & BGX:

The turnable stators have a protective function that turns the stators out of the working area in the case of a disturbing part. The cutting gap settings are made via electrohydraulic feed.
